What is Camp Good News?

Who we are

Camp Good News is a ministry of the Tennessee Valley Chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship. It is a week long overnight camp held at Camp Rain in Decherd, TN. Camp Good News is for children ages 8 to 14 and provides a safe environment where campers are challenged and strengthened emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

The cost of camp for 2021 is only $80 per camper. However, some children may not be able to attend without your help. Designate your gift to our Camp Good News Fund.

Camp Good News is held at the beautiful 200+ acre property of Camp Rain in Decherd, TN.
The camp features clean
air-conditioned cabins, spacious bath houses, pavilion, snack shack, and much more.

Camp activities include riflery, archery, hiking, wilderness training, water games, crafts, horses, and much more!
